I are actually trying to find a veggie burger that doesn’t count on mushrooms as I cannot tolerate them, and this was it. I omitted the cashews and used pepitas, pulsed for the moment to interrupt up some of them. I pulsed the pre-shredded carrots in there, way too, just to make the pieces a l
